Mr. Gorges is the Chairman of GMAK Advisors and a private investor with interests in Telecom, Technology, Real Estate, and Renewable Energy. He is the founder and Chairman of IGT, the largest mobile tower operator in Myanmar, and AEP, a leading renewable power platform in the Middle East and Africa.

He has served on the boards of publicly listed companies in the US and Europe, as well as private business, philanthropic, and education enterprises, including NYU - Stern School of Business. With over 30 years of business experience spanning various sectors and geographies.

Mr. Makhoul served as the CEO of Constellation Holdings, a Dubai-based private investment firm with global assets in Energy, Hospitality, Aviation, Real Estate, and Financials. Prior to this, he held the position of President of Morgan Stanley for the broader Middle East and North Africa . Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Makhoul was a Managing Partner at PwC, specializing in Info-com and Entertainment consulting.
